I know how frustrating and annoying struggling with your weight loss can be… I was overthinking food, 15 lbs heavier, and developed disordered eating habits trying to control my body. And nothing seemed to work.


In order to empower myself & other women, I immersed myself in the weight loss science, and chose to gain a holistic approach. I'm a Registered Associate Nutritionist (AfN, UK), and I have a Neuroscience degree from King’s College London. I am also a certified personal trainer, Pilates instructor and yoga teacher. I’ve spent years working with women to make what we know from lasting weight loss science applicable to everyday habits.
