hey, I'm Alexia Degremont, founder of the nourish consciously method and Pilier Collective!

After my Neuroscience and Nutrition degrees (BSc & MSc) I worked as a yoga teacher, Pilates instructor, and personal trainer at Equinox in London. In all of these positions, I could only regard a specific area of someone's health. Over the last 3 years, I've helped more than 100 women improve all areas of their health: mindset, nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle, and reach their body goals, so you could say I know a thing or two about healthy sustainable weight loss :0

More importantly, I know how frustrating and annoying struggling with your weight loss can be. Before I became a coach, I was overthinking food, 15 lbs heavier, and developed disordered eating habits trying to control my body.
